Annual Physical NSV

Went to the doctor today for my annual physical and of course had to get on the scale. But this year, for the first time in 7 or 8 years the nurse didn't have to move that extra "50 pound" block on the scale.

For better or worse I carry my weight well so in the past I've always had to go through the embarrassing process of getting on the scale and telling the nurse she was going to have to move that big block as she moved the slider further and further to the right while the balancing bar is defiantly locked in the "up" position. Very happy to avoid that 30 seconds of awkward.
