Turkey Cups

Hey guys I just joined the forum and wanted to give an addition.
For breakfast I have been making what I call turkey cups. The great thing is that I make them in bulk Monday morning and have them to eat for the rest of the week.
Get a muffin pan and line each hole with a slice or 2 of deli turkey meat depending on the size of your slices. Fill with your choice of chopped veggies and goodies. I use bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and fresh jalapenos. Afterward crack and egg on top of each one of them, removing the yoke is optional based on your diet plan. Set in oven at 400 for 25-30 minutes and enjoy throughout the week reheating for about 45 seconds if you want it hot.
The stats are using the meal calculator are:
127 calories
3g carbs
7g fat
10g protien

Oh my!! These looked so delicious that I just got out of bed at almost midnight and went and made some!! They turned out great!! My hubby will be surprised in the morning! Lol!! Thanks so much for. the recipe!! Only one tip I'd like to throw in there...perhaps use a cupcake liner because my turkey stuck just a tiny bit. Not enough to tear them open but a cupcake liner may prevent that....:):)Cant wait to make some more!! :):)0
