You’re not being lazy looking after your daughter and having a job in the evening is going to be exhausting, and to think your lazy is just crazy talk.
The only thing I can think of at the moment is to put your daughter in her buggy and go for a walk. Or find a park run (parkrun.org.uk) in your area then you can take your daughter with you in her buggy she may be a bit small at the moment.
Things will get easier as she gets older but if you can do little bits now you will feel better for it and it will set you up for when you have the time for some serious training.

Thank you for the motivation! I really appreciate it..that what I had been doing but with it being 19 degrees and snowing I can't do much about it..but I think I'll look for some online workouts to do in the mean time.0

Hello There,
Yes i agree, its crazy talk! After i had my kids i went through this faze of feeling massive, the weight just sat there and whats worse i was asked 12 weeks after i had my baby "when is the baby due".
You should be kinder to yourself. It takes 9 months for your baby to grow and your body is ever changing, so you should give yourself 9 months for it to recover, but gentle exercise will encourage it to go the way you want it to.
I totally hate exercise and so i try and do my housework a little more vigourously. weights are very good for losing and so carrying your baby here and there is part of it. (They are a dead weight after a while!)
I suggest that you find something you are passionate about and focus on that. I love books and so always keep one near me. If you love singing, do that. If you love cooking, make some buns when baby is sleeping. You need to fill your time with things that are necessary to your happiness. Your job is to figure out what that is. Get a cuppa tea and piece of paper and write down a list of things, goals that aren't just about weight loss. And then begin doing them.
You will lose weight when your happiest, and your more motivated when your happy too.

Someone told me that you loose the baby weight naturally within the first year, I really have to say it's true!
Try doing lots of core exercises...it will bring your waist in, develop muscles that burn fat.
While baby is doing tummy time, you do yours too. I used to put the boys on my legs and do leg lifts too. lol...they loved it and it was additional weight to hold up...
Stay away from WHITE carbs too.0
