I am noticing that when i am done running my arches in my feet tingle.
I hurt my foot over the weekend, it was pulling up into my calf from the inside of my foot.
Now the bottom corners of each knee hurt this morning.
I am going to the running store for new sneakers this afternoon.
I am so afraid something is going to happen to put me on the DL!!

  • My husband and I are both training to run a marathon. About a week and a half ago we went on a 6 mile run and 2 days later my arches hurt so bad I couldn't even walk. I ened up taking Motrin every 6 - 8 hours and icing my feet 2 - 3 times a day...and getting new shoes providing me with the support I needed! (I have very high arches!) It was amazing the difference the right shoes made. I was able to do a 7 mile run just 3 days later and my feet were fine.

It sounds like you definitely need some supportive shoes! I hope that it helps with all the problems you are having. I've heard that the right shoe makes all the difference (even with the knees!) Good luck!
