Hi all,
I've just joined today and I'm following the slimming world plan. I've got 2 young daughters (one has just turned 7mths and the other is 2). I'm desperate to lose the baby flab and all the other flab that I seem to have grown myself along the way.
I need all the inspiration I can get and a massive kick up the backside.

I joined 10 days ago and lost 5 lbs already! You guys can do it. I seem to eat more often and not hungry...I dont feel satisfied because all the butter and crap isnt in the food but atleast not hungry LOL. Last night I made stuffed chicken breast with low fat cheese and veggies and veggies on the side with a peice of bread and a little bit of I cant believe its not butter low fat (only 5 cals). You just got to plan out your snacks and leave room for a big dinner or treat after dinner. First 3 days sucked...but its all in the planning. You should get a scale that weights in at .2 so you can see a little difference everyother day..it helps to motivate. Stick to a time in the day to do it...first thing in the morning is great for me. GOOD LUCK! Oh...and since I hit 5 lbs, I am going out to eat tonight...you gotta treat yourself every few pounds :drinker:0
