I would recomend Fiber be the most important part of your breakfast!

If all you had was a shake, all you woud have for breakfast is Fat/Sugar/Protein(Milk) & Protein(Powder)

YES. I love a good protein shake for breakfast. I use to use milk & just now started replacing with h2o. I like Vanilla protein powder, 1/2 banana, & water. Sometimes I will replace the banana with berries. They are yum! I'm going to try to add a handful of baby spinach in my shake tomorrow.

I do a protein shake every morning for breakfast. It is made up of 1 scoop protein powder, 1 cup non-fat milk, yoplait frozen berry smoothie (1/2 the pack since it makes two), a 1 tablespoons of milled flaxseed. Works for me!

I'm only drinking the shake to start the metabolism. Would the shake start it?

I hated eating breakfast, I was never hungry. So someone suggested making a protein shake in the morning. I started drinking them and it helped. Now I get hungry and mix the protein shakes with "real food". It worked for me.
