Hi guys I am new to the site. I entered a "biggest loser" challenge with some of my co-workers and I have found this site to be very helpful in weight loss journey, so far.

    You know that is how I found this site. I entered a "Biggest Loser" contest within my church. I am also finding this site to be a huge help. Good luck on your journey.

    We seem to have a few things in common. 73 is significant to me and I also participated in the Biggest Loser Challenge at my office a few times. I found healthy competition, support, and the monetary incentive very motivating and rewarding. I am new to this site and I am also looking for friends to share encouraging words and support.
