    looks fantastic! I make these using turkey bacon and sprinkle a tsp of ground turkey sausage crumbles on the bottom for the crust, oh so good (it's been far too long since I had "real" bacon) :cry:

    i think one addition to truly make it heaven is to add in some filet mignon then instead of egg whites, you use gently put one egg on top so when you bite into it the egg yolk really adds in some beatiful flavor

    I used a healthier string cheese which was quite nice

    I make these for my family with a teeny pinch of shredded potato, scrambled egg, and a pinch of shredded cheese on top. They are amazing!
