I joined last week and would like to lose 40 lbs put on over the years, I am in my mid 50's and looking for motivational help, not looking to be 25 again but to be the best fit I can at any age

    I would like to lose 40 lbs but would be happy with at least 20, I started last week and have lost 3 lbs so far

    I just join MFP 2 days ago and I love it. Everyone on MFP is very supportive and helpful with information.

    I joined awhile ago and have really only recently started to get back into the site. Its great! I'm from Ohio and I am 27. My employer is doing a 90 day fitness challenge that started this Monday so I am really excited about this website and it has been a huge help so far. The mobile app is amazing! I would be happing losing an overall 30- 40lbs.
