I was looking for the same thing, I did find a cookbook online that I am going to go to Books A Million and see if I can get that is for someone on a 1200 calorie per day diet, that is what I am trying to stick to. I think I am going to certainly try to eat at home for sure, one site showed pictures of what you could make at home verses eating out, the portions were so much bigger at home and probably cheaper too!0

Here is an excellent website for delicious healthy food. http://cleananddelicious.com/category/recipes/
Dani Spies rocks when it comes to healthy, scrumptious food. She has not only written recipes, but also videos on how to prepare and use certain items. The recipes have nutrition information as well. Enjoy!0 -
OMG! Yesss.....I loooove cooking now, I make some delicious, HEALTHY things.
My favorites are:
www.skinnytaste.com (she's amazing, I've made quite a few from here. My favorites are the sesame encrusted chicken & the Chicken Sausage Brown Rice Stuffing with Celery and Mushrooms)
The newest website I just discovered (thank you pinterest):
www.canyoustayfordinner.com <--- not only are her recipes great (I just made the buffalo chicken egg rolls - 103 cals each) BUT she's lost 135 pounds. Seriously, you have to read her story.
Enjoy!!0 -
