Looking for Motivation

I'm looking for motivation. I have lost 22 pounds and my goal is to loose 24 more pounds to be at my goal weight of 180.

In 2008 I was in the best shape of my life and completed a Half-Ironman. I went from training for the 1/2 Ironman and eating to fuel my training to not working out but continued to eat as if I was. I went from 175 pounds to 236 pounds which was my breaking point last February 2011.

    You can do it man! All it takes is the kind of dedication you had when you trained for the 1/2 ironman and you know its there cause you did it before. Just dig down and find that again and remember what your doing it for and you will keep on track until you achieve whatever you want.
