Hi! I'm new here and would love support!

Hi! I joined myfitnesspal a week ago and loved it right away.....however I would love some friends to share and support each other in our journeys to a healthier "us"! My goal is to lose 100 pounds - 2 pounds a week and exercise 4-5 times per week. I work out at work with some friends and am trying to be more active in my everyday life. But some days are better than others as I'm sure you all know as far as motivation, etc.....so let's do this together! Also, I'm hoping to share tips on weight loss, exercise, healthy recipes, etc.....thanks! :smile:

    I have another 85 lbs. to lose. I go to the gym 3-4 times a week and walk on my treadmill on the other days. It's good that you have exercise partners, it helps. Feel free to add me.
