Since I have started watching my calories I have found I am craving spicy foods! Share your favorite healthy spice tricks, tips and recipes.

    Kinda healthy + lazy.

    At camp I used to toss a handful of almonds into a pan with Franks Red Hot sauce, fry em up til the sauce dries on, then snack on them throughout the day.
  • If you like Chinese foods, try searching for "Biggest Loser Szechuan Beef and Broccoli". It's a great recipe!

    popcorn dipped in franks hot sauce! :) and pepper jack cheese - yum!

    if you're brave, my friend got some habanero jack! too hot for me LOL
