I used to use another site, but decided to try this one. I'm sure I'll have a zillion questions, like "how do I add wieight lifting? It won't let me put it in......." Looking forward to meeting everyone!

Logging the weights .. eh .. there are probably way better people to answer this question but it should be "strength training" ..
You put your reps, etc. right in there.0 -
If you want weight training to calculate calories, you have to input it under the "cardio" section (search "strength training/weightlifting) and the amount of time you worked at weights and it will provide you with an estimate.0
