    Congrats!! Such a great feeling isn't it! I remember when I dropped from "Obese" to "Overweight." I was so happy and my husband said he never thought he would live to see the day when he saw a woman saying "I'm overweight now!!"

    Keep doing what you're doing! Congrats again.

    Oh my gosh! Thanks for posting this. It motivated me to check the BMI chart and today I reached the very same milestone.....overweight and not obese!!!!!!

    Way to go.. I can't wait to be overweight :) I went from Morbidly Obese to obese now I am very close to being overweight.. :)

    I realized the same thing this morning! I never thought I would be so happy to be "overweight". I've been obese since middle school, so it was really great to see that.

    Fantastic and important milestone, not only from a weight loss mini-goal stand point but from a medical standpoint, it just makes a HUGE difference. You have really done a wonderful thing for yourself! One of the all-time top milestones I would say! My first was to drop back down below 200 which took me a few months and I'll be following you into "simply overweight" land in 11 pounds and I can NOT wait, I know it will be just as exciting as 199 was for me!

    congrats.............I have several lbs to go to get out of obese, though I dissagree with the usefullness of the BMI chart in my personal application.
