This week I haven't exercised not once :grumble:

I walk atleast a half mile each day in my commute to work and have been doing heavy house projects (mainly scraping wall paper), so its not like I'm posted up in front of the couch or anything. But this week I've just been in a slump I guess. I am however still staying within my calories and such so I guess atleast I got that going for me.

Just wondering how you ladies get out of ruts cause I feel like I need a back hoe to get me outta this one.....

You just have to do it. I've been like that too, and I find if I just do it without thinking about it too much it helps.

I have a calendar in the bedroom so no one sees it but me. Every time I go to the YMCA ...I put a little smiley face sticker in upper right cornor. Then if I walk on the other days I put a little sticker on the bottom of each day. It makes me feel quilty in the morning so it gives me motivation. Hello...I sprained my ankle so now I haven't done much of anything. So I'm working my way back gradually...Hope this helps...get the stickers at a craft or hobbie store....thejayjay
