By the end of this month i am going to finish 1 month of Insanity... I wont be able to do the second month since my school starts and I wont have time... but i want to continue doing some exercises....so could you recommend me some workout program (its better if its cardio) that you dont have to do every day just maybe 3 to 5 days a week and you dont need weights for that. Thanks...

You could do the Insanity workouts a few times a week- you don't have to follow the schedule, and you don't need weights for it. Other than that, most workouts I know incorporate weights or bands. You could also do running- like a c25k program.0

Try bodyrock.tv. Short high intensity interval training (HIIT) and lots of work outs which require no weights. Fun too!0

thanks...i am thinking about Slim in 6, turbo jam or Turbo fire... what do you think?0

I love turbo fire, it's what I'm doing right now. On the cardio videos you don't need weights but all of the strength ones you need resistance bands.0

I am only on week 2 of the actual program but have been using the videos for awhile now and have consistently been losing weight (i dont have too too much to lose so it will take time). It's great fun and very motivating.0
