Mines Biggest Loser UK version, I want Sarah (yellow team) to win this year, I occasionally watch the american show on MTV I used to be fat, thats not bad either, what do you watch?

  Years ago I loved "you are what you eat", "Fat Families" is quite educational at times and "supersized vs super skinny"
