Ripped in 30...?

So I just did Day 1 of Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 and boy oh boy did that kick my booty :noway:

I'm not sure how I should classify this when putting it under my exercise...any ideas?

    Before I had my heart rate monitor I logged my Jillian workouts as circuit training. Good job starting Ripped in 30 - it's a good one!

    Honestly your most accurate way to log it is with a hrm, I broke down and bought one and it was the best $100 I ever spent :)
