iLipo Laser?

Smart lipo special on living social in my area...reading up and finding mixing reviews. My lower abs are a mess with old stretch marks wrinkled and I have stubborn fat that I've had for over 20 years. At an almost all time low in my life and will try to lose 20lbs more but just not seeing the area go down like I want to. Yes, try to target and highly active with running, weight training, pilates. My upper area is nice and getting defined by the lower area is just well sad.

Any input on the lipo laser would be greatly appreciated!
