And it is AWESOME!!! Seasoned rice vinegar. I bought the roasted garlic kind....only 20 cal per tablespoon and man does it have a great flavor!! Says to use on sandwhiches, potatoes, vegtables, chicken....I used on my new potato. It was really yummy

    yes, it is pretty high in sodium...240 mg, Even so...at the reduction of calories and the addition of the wonderful flavor, I think I will stick with it. There is a natural rice vinegar that has ZERO everything. I will have to try that. You can check it out on Mizkan.com, then click on consumer brands, then click on nakano. That will give you all the info on all the different flavors and recipes and stuff.
