Today for my walk I put on the Scorpions channel on Pandora. It was 70 minutes of 80's Hair Metal at it's best \m/. Scorpions, Dokken, Ratt, Motley Crue were all represented,

When I'm really busting my you-know-what, I always reach for either 'Til I Collapse' by Eminem, or 'I Dare you' by Shinedown.

Lady Gaga's entire "Born This Way" album helped me reach a lot of running goals. I'll think "One more song, one more song," and before I know it, it's over and I'm onto the next one.

We (haha) did our first 5k a couple of weeks ago <3

I must be a little different b/c I listen to hip-hop and dance music. I love Pitbull, Flo Rida, Rihanna, Justin Timberlake, Timbaland, Kesha, Nelly....among others. I find some free playlists on Twitter sometimes. They've been good so far.... KeePS Ya MoViN'!

Anything upbeat. I learned a couple of moves ago that I can unpack my entire apartment in an evening if I turn on some Techno (and I only stop for dance breaks every few minutes). Techno seems to be what keeps me moving the longest and keeps me in the best mood while I'm going.

Pretty much anything upbeat will do. Although sometimes angry music works really well. But specifically the song that really gets me busting my butt on the elliptical so that I can't help but go faster is "Fuego" from Pitbull. I first heard it in a Zumba class two summers ago and I've loved it ever since.

LMFAO, Slipknot, Fall Out Boy, Ricky Martin and even Bon Jovi appear on my MP3 player.

Going for 1 Rep Maximum lifts, I crank up the volume and play Slipknot - Pyschosocial.

I find Weird Al Yankovic's entire "Food Album" to be oddly motivating.
"I'm Fat," "Addicted to Spuds," "I Love Rocky Road," "Spam," "Theme from Rocky XIII (the Rye or the Kaiser)"
And "Grapefruit Diet," from a later album.
Also Jimmy Buffet's "Grapefruit / Juicy Fruit" and "Cheeseburger in Paradise."
"Hungry Eyes" from Dirty Dancing soundtrack.

And if I'm really hungry and want to lose my appetite, I listen to Monty Python's "Crunchy Frog" skit. It's guaranteed to never make you want to touch a box of sweets again.
