Hey,
I see lots of people have done or are starting Jillian's workout too!
I'm wondering - what if I miss a day? I'm on day 5 and going strong, but i'm guessing that in the next month there will likely be a day that I feel under the weather...would I just add a day on at the end?
Seems like a silly question, but if anyone can help me out, I'd appreciate it

its up to you really - some people add it on at the end, some people do two a day to make up for it. some people see it as a workout that isnt to be done every day, so taking a day a week for rest doesnt hurt. i think jillian suggests doing it 3-4 times a week.
that said.. when i did it, i did every day. if i missed a day i would double up the next time0 -
thanks for your advice! i feel like it's one to be done every day as well...it's not high intensity for a long enough period of time to just do 3 x a week and see the changes that i'd want to see...if i wasn't doing this i'd be doing at least an hour at the gym three days per week!0

I was trying to do it 6 days a week, but then I got sick and then my daughter. So I've missed 3 days. I'm going to just pick up where I left off.
