I watched a new documentary - Forks Over Knifes. It's VERY good and informative.
It focuses on doctors and scientists who are finding out that a whole foods, largely plant based diet and a healthy body intermingle. Heart disease, diabetes, cancer, inflamatory diseases . . . What blew me away was how plants can REPAIR our veins.

Sanje Gupta, Dr. Oz, etc. are all appluading this film. After watching it, I am too!
I liked it so much, that I bought two copies off Amazon & sent them to friends who are dealing with bad health news in their family.

I'm not 100% clean eating yet, but since moving more towards vegetarian eating, organic, non GMO, limited meats, and some natural supplements, I am now off all of my fibromyalgia an arthritis meds, am also off my anti-depressents and anti-anxiety meds. I am now medicine and pain free (most of the time)! I'll never go back.0

Just FYI, nothing against the movie but...
It's not new...and, Dr Oz is a freaking quack. If he liked something, i would avoid it, that's how wrong he usually is.0 -
Bump. Thanks0

I watched this doc a few months ago. I enjoyed it, but it's not exactly unbiased... I recommend anyone who has watched it and became convinced just looking at a cow will give them cancer, to take a look at this: http://rawfoodsos.com/2011/09/22/forks-over-knives-is-the-science-legit-a-review-and-critique/0
