    Baked Pears

    4 Pears
    1/2 cup Maple Syrup

Preheat oven to 400. Peel, slice and core pears. Place pears in a baking dish.
Drizzle with maple syrup. Bake for 15 minutes. Turn pears over and cook for 15 minutes more or until pears are tender. Serve alone or with regular or Dairy Free ice cream, or even frozen yogurt.

Three Ingredient Pumpkin Cake (Allergen Friendly)

Gluten-Free Cake Mix (I used Betty Crocker.)
15 oz can of Pumpkin Puree
    1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

Preheat oven to 350 and grease bundt pan.
    Beat ingredients until mixed well.
    Spoon into greased bundt pan.
Bake 28 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake/bread comes out clean.
Let cool. When cool enough to handle, invert onto plate.

Depends! I'm a carboholic so cereal is usually my go-to choice also! Kellog just came out with a cereal called "Krave" it's fantastic to snack on! Probably not the healthyest, but it does satisfy - just don't eat it out of the box! :) Special K makes Blueberry and Strawberry fruit crisps that are super sweet but only 100 cals for 2 bars. So that tackles a lot of my problems like carbs, sweet, and the need for quantity! :)

    A few of my favorite treats that help my cravings are;
3 soft peppermint puffs, I get a whole bag at the dollar store so it's really cheap and non fat low calories.
    6 twizzlers
14 baked tortila chips and 2 tbs salsa
1 chocolate graham cracker, 1 tsp reduced fat peanut butter and 1 tbs of fat free coolwhip- break the cracker into 4 pieces and it'll make 2 little sandwiches, stick it in the freezer for 15 minutes so the coolwhip freezers and it's delicious.
    I also enjoy cereal.

I always have to have 1/4c sugar free, fat free chocolate pudding with a dallop of fat free cool whip and a sprinkle of honey bunches of oats for crunch. Yummy! I get my chocolate and crunch all at once. And low calorie taboo!
