Side dish the main dish

Make your healthy side dish the main dish, i find this really helps. It stops you from having double the main dish that you normally have. I am the girl who will want to refill on the chicken, or the fish, before the salad. But if you fill up your plate with the side dish, ie. the salad. It makes it that much healthier imho!

    in addition to making the side dish the main dish, i found that by putting my salad dressing in a small container on the side also helps! you lightly dip the salad into it. It really help you cut down
