AMZAING APPLE CINNAMON PROTEIN PANCAKES!!!!!

1.5 cups wheat flour
4 tsp. reduced sodium baking powder
4 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 packet apple & cinnamon instant oatmeal
3 tbsp. ground cinnamon
2 truvia packets
1 peeled finely cut up apple
1.5 cups fat free milk
3 large egg whits
2 tsp vanilla extract

Blend everything and use a 1/3 cup measure cup to pour batter makes 13 pancakes and are 123 calories 1g fat, 142mg sodium, 19g carbs, 5g sugar, and 11g protein each! Made a huge batch and they hold up well in the fridge and just pop in the micowave for an easy breakfast or snack! DELISH!!!
