going over your protein/fiber

is it bad to go over your recommended protein/fiber for the day?

    someone posted an article about fiber a while back.... it was very informative.... I think that MFP under estimates the daily fiber allowance... so, I would say going over on fiber is good.... I normally do anyway.... just my opinion.

    I look at the protein goal as the minimum you should be having in a day. It's really low on here. Go ahead and go over.

    Fiber is key in becoming healthy and loosing weight. I have learned it helps to eliminate toxins from the colon by making u more regular and of course it fills u up too. I hav e found that i go over every day on fiber ,but when I compare higher fiber eating to lower I find myself satisfied longer. Same thing for protien. I add protien every time I eat, which is 6 to 8 times daily (more like grazing), this helps to keep your metabolism running and to slow down the absorbtion of sugars that are ingested.

    the fibre is low on MFP, it shuld be about 25 g a day, so go over!!!
