So I've recently noticed that there is a difference in the nutrition information on a lot of products. For example serving of deli meat (2 Slices) is 50 grams. Well when weighing two slices its only 31 grams. They are professionally slices and packaged so I know they are all the same.
Cereal, 85 grams or 1 cup is what the serving size states. 85g is more than one cup.
Does anyone else notice this, and what do you do?

I always weigh out my cereal in grams, and in fact anything that I can easily weigh out I do.
With the deli slices, I would just base my calories on the 'two slices' and accept that it might be a bit inaccurate so I should be careful not to go right to my limits for that day.0 -
I have never done this - I've always trusted the packaging - and had tremendous success in my diet. I wouldn't put too much thought into it0
