Hi Everyone

Just wondered who on here is from the UK, I find other people's diaries facinating and hope to learn from them...its great looking at the US ones but a lot of the food logged we cant get here in the UK, so I would love to see some UK diaires.

    i live on a yacht, cruising the uk at the moment. only recently started on this site and find it easy to use. but i keep going over my protein allowance nearly every day, is this okay?
