So for the longest time I was never ready to post these. But I feel its time to post some before and after pictures of my weight loss. I still have more to go, but I am proud of my accomplishment this far!! These pictures after over a 2 year period. Thanks to a whole new lifestyle of eating healthy and working out, I'm happy to post these pictures of 110lbs down the drain!!

    Congratulations!!!! I bet it doesn't hurt as bad to walk and stuff too now! I know that losing just 30 lbs for me has helped my ankles and legs.
