Hey everybody I'm new to the whole counting calorie thing, I'm not really fat but I'm also not really skinny either so I figured I'd give it a shot to tone up. But I have noticed that I STAY hungry when I do this. All day long I want to eat. Like If I could I would be shoving food down my throat right now I would lol. Do y'all have any suggestions of foods I can eat a lot of that are low in calories?

  • Hi, there. One of the things that I have found is that drinking a glass of water and waiting for 5 minutes actually quashes the "hungry" feeling. If I really feel like I need to chew something a stalk of celery (without peanut butter or dip) makes my brain believe that I have really eaten something filling.
  • ok cool im gonna try that.... When ever I drink water when i am hungry it feel like im starving my self almost like im fasting lol I try chewing gum also to try and trick myself but it's hard to think that the double bubble in my mouth is just gum and not steak
