Hey Everyone! Just wondering if anyone wants to join me for a new challenge! ... Start: TODAY... First Check in THURSDAY June 4th ... END DATE July 4th!!!! I really need to push myself for the next month so I will look great at the beach.... I have about 20 - 30 lbs to drop total, but I really want to focus on taking off the next 10 and tonning up... so who is with me? :drinker: The more the better! I figure we can weigh in each Thursday... and then give an update on measurements (if you want) workouts ... diet... what ever you feel you need to keep motivated!

Count me in! I'm heading to Vegas for the July 4th weekend so this is perfect! Plus I just got my Slim in 6 system in the mail yesterday. They recommend doing a fast for 2 days, so I'm going to do that on Sunday and Monday and start the Slim in 6 on Tuesday. Here's my stats:
