Hi All, Well descided to join have done WW so many times but came across this site and years ago i used to go to a class where you counted calories and to be honest it worked at the time, i need something different to keep me motivated so look forward to dropping by and giving tips also picking some up from you all.

Hello Sharon,
Hope that you can get back on the wagon, so to speak. The only way that I know how to lose is to count calories. A lot of the times, you think what you might had eaten was much, but once you see how many calories on item may have will surprise you. Good luck.0 -
