Hi All, Well descided to join have done WW so many times but came across this site and years ago i used to go to a class where you counted calories and to be honest it worked at the time, i need something different to keep me motivated so look forward to dropping by and giving tips also picking some up from you all.

  • Hello Sharon,

    Hope that you can get back on the wagon, so to speak. The only way that I know how to lose is to count calories. A lot of the times, you think what you might had eaten was much, but once you see how many calories on item may have will surprise you. Good luck. :smile:
