Hey everyone, I found my way back to a good place. As a friend at work said I didn't fall off the wagon, :sad: My wagon took a detour. :tongue: That has really helped me out. I am glad to be back and hope that this time I can get it right. My health and wellness depend on it.

    Welcome fellow midwesterner..Michigan here. Best of luck to you! I recently got my wagon back on track as well ;) I have my first weigh-in tomorrow..hopin to see some decent results.
