I have heard great things about various smoothies HOWEVER many of them have bannana's which I can't stand the taste of. Does anyone have any good recipes that does NOT have bannannas? Thanks

A easy low cal recipe. Is 1 Cup soy milk, ice cubes and 1 Cup strawberries. You can add some vanilla protein powder for an extra boost. More strawberries for thickness. YUM0

That sounds good. Do you have any recipes with peanut butter?0

I tried a new one today... Pumpkin spice smoothie. I cup milk ( or soy or almond) , 1/3 can pumpkin, 1/8 tsp vanilla extract,
1/8 tsp cinnamon, 1/8 tsp nutmeg add ice. Mixed in magic bullet. Yum.
Oops... Forgot to add whatever protein powder you use...0 -
I make up different recipes. Just mix up things and see what you like and don't. And as for peanut butter in a smoothie, try this site.

I made one recently with 1 cup of light coconut milk, 1 mango, and a cup of frozen strawberries. Was very yummy!0
