I use the treadmill seven days a week, but I need more exercises.
I exercise at home. I have weights up to eight pounds, but I don't really know how to incorporate them.
Any ideas? I'm up for anything.

30 Day Shred is quite popular, and has had superb results for many. In fact, here is a gigantic thread, full of peoples' results:

Fitness at Home (found this on Pinterest, where you can find lots of good ideas!)
30 jumping jacks,
5 push ups,
25 high knees,
7 burpees,
10 crunches,
7 squats (I used weights),
5 push ups,
10 crunches,
5 push ups,
7 squats,
30 jumping jacks,
1 min wall sit,
5 push ups,
25 high knees.
Repeat for a total of 3-5 times.
I got through 4 rounds and really felt it the next day0 -
If you have access to Internet or Ipod, you can pick up all kinds of weight lifting/circuit training ideas just by using search! Lots of youtube clips as well. Just type in what you're looking for.0
