Hi everyone!

So here in the Great Lakes region it's that time of year again... half a foot of snow on the ground, fifteen degrees outside, and I do NOT want to leave my house. Anyone know of an online resource for exercise videos/shows I could do in my living room watching on my laptop?

also, if you have resistance tubing you might check out liveexercise.com, which has free videos that are "live" and with an instructor.. I haven't used it, but they have archives of all their shows and i watched one and it seemed awesome :)
  • There are loads of exercise videos on line which you can download. I have just downloaded the 30 Day Shred and its a great copy! : )
  • This may sound odd, but after sampling a great number of t.v. programs and DVD's over the years, my best luck has been to warm up and do maybe one section of one workout, and then switch discs and put in part of another. This keeps my small stack of exercise media less boring. I currently favor Gilad power sculpt and Biggest Loser (2005 one with just Bob, no Jillian) But there are a lot of good ones out there. We also live near a place that still rents actual DVD's and they have an exercise section I am about to tap, now that the winter has officially settled in for the season. I hope this helps.

I purchase my videos from this site:

    http://www.collagevideo.com/

You can search for a video by they type of goal you have, the intensity level, the type of workout you want, the trainer, etc, and what I really like is that you can watch a clip.
