Turkey Stir Fry-Serves 6

14 oz. Turkey Tenderloin, chopped into chunks
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 green bell pepper chopped
1 red onion, chopped
1 8oz. package sliced mushrooms
1 bag frozen broccoli
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 Tbsp. Ken's Honey Teriyaki Marinade

Heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add turkey, toss to coat, sprinkle with garlic powder, salt & pepper. Cook about 3 minutes, add Teriyaki sauce and chopped fresh vegetables and garlic and cook until they begin to soften. Stir in frozen broccoli, cover and allow broccoli to heat through. 175 calories, 14g carbs, 2g fat, 20g protein, 4g fiber, 334mg sodium.

I served it over a small amount of brown rice, about 1/3 cup cooked.
