Calorie Cycling Again

Options
So I posted a topic last week asking about Calorie cycling (you can see that here http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/444699-calorie-cycling) and today I sat down and worked out a cycling schedule. I wanted to see what you all thought, does it look ok? MFP reccomends about 1440 calories a day for me, so I took that and multiplied it by 7 and used that number as my goal for the week. Here is what I came up with...

1240 x3 -3720

1440 x2 -2880

1640 x1 -1640

1840 x1 -1840
1440 x7 -10080

Mon - 1240
Tues - 1440
Wed - 1240
Thur - 1640
Fri - 1240
Sat - 1440
Sun - 1840

Is 1840 going to be too much? Obviously the following day would be another 1240, so I thought maybe that would make up for it being so high. Is it bad to have two high days right next to each other? (1440 and 1840?) Please gimme any help, opinions, ideas, criticisms you have.

As long as it comes out to the right total then it's fine. And how are you thinking that 1440 is "high" when that's your recommended goal?

I guess it's on the low range of the scale. You're right.

I don't really know too much about calorie cycling other than what I've heard from Jillian Michaels' podcast but I know from experience that for me, having one day a week where I eat 300-400 calories more than usual seems to help keep the weight going down. I'm interested to see what others have to say about your question, calorie cycling is very interesting!

That looks great...that's actually EXACTLY what my personal trainer told me to do.
