Whoo Hoo! Way to start!

I just weighed in for the 1st week on the program....DOWN 8 pounds!!!!

I am excited! I usually lose a lot the first week though on a program. By keeping track of my food, I realized that 5 pounds of noodles is not a portion! lol

I am exercising 6 days a week doing a walking tape also.
