    i eat a lot of turkey and chicken. some red meat is good too, but chicken has like 15g of protein per serving. i eat eggs every morning and i also like the adkins shakes...kinda pricey, but they are high in protein and low in carbs and sugar. i like to sip on them with a coffee stirrer so they last longer:) i also eat a lot of turkey sausage and mix it with my eggs.....
