Yes i do this all the time. Im with you if i didnt i wouldnt stick to this...mmmm i havent pizza in forever. Eat a piece for me ok? lol0

Saturday is my day and I eat usually 600-900 calories of my favorite foods0

But I wound't call it a splurge day. I still excercise, and eat within my calories... It works for me.0 -
We always go to my boyfriend's Mom's house for dinner every Sunday. That's the day where I don't worry about calories. I don't stuff myself, but I just won't stress myself out. I think it's absolutely necessary to have a splurge day. Just as long as it's not a "binge day".

Ordering pizza here too, but I'm getting the veggie pizza with a thin crust. I'll have a couple of slices of that and have a big salad to go with it.0

I have a "splurge meal". If I made it a whole day, I'd probably make it a whole week and so on and so forth! The dinner on the days I weigh in is my splurge meal but lately I haven't even wanted to be "naughty". It's just nice to know that I can eat what I want if I want to!0

Sunday is the day I usually let myself splurge a little and have some of the foods I avoid during the week, because they can send me off track. Having this "splurge" day helps me in many of ways, but the biggest is when I'm tempted by something I tell myself 'But you can have it on Sunday!' and it often keeps be from giving in.0

I do the same depending on the occasion and how I've done that week. For example, last night was my best friend's Bachelorette Party... 4 martini's and fettuccine Alfredo! :noway: :laugh: :happy:
But, if I was just going out to dinner with my boyfriend or something, I try to be good
So far, so good- seems to work for me. My best friend is only getting married once, so I just HAD to indulge :drinker:0
