so I just learned today after almost 2 weeks that Im supposed to eat back my exercise calories - d'oh!

what can I eat in a day to eat around 1500 Net calories, without eating what I call bad carbs - white rice, pasta, bread etc.

Im really struggling to eat the 1200 that MFP prescribes healthily :noway:

my typical day consists of
Tea and porridge or weetabix for breakfast
lunch of tuna or chicken salad
evening meal of chicken/fish/pork with veggies

snacks include
boiled eggs
fruit and nuts
probiotic yogurt

Is it perhaps a case of increasing my portions? Should I re-introduce potatos?

struggling - suggestions welcome :embarassed:

persoanlly, i still eat white rice, potatoes, sometimes white pasta. i try to go whole grain or wheat when possible, but the only thing i wont buy is white bread.
you could either increase your portion sizes, or incorporate other things. nuts, avocado, peanut butter, higher fat dairy etc.

Increase your protein intake, based on your post it looks like you are not getting much at breakfast so start there. Then also load up on veggies. Might even throw in a protein shake after your workouts.
