NSV - Captains Chair, Weights, & Cardio

I've seen a lot of posts of non scale victories, and wanted to share one of mine!
I started going to the gym about three weeks ago. I met with the fitness trainer, set up a fitness plan for the gym, and took a few classes to learn how to use the machines and how to work out on my own at the gym.
The very first abs class I took we used the Captain's Chair- and I literally could only do two lifts.
Now I can do two sets of ten without having to stop in the middle to rest! I felt like this was a huge victory for me, because I thought I'd never be able to do it because it was so hard the first time!
I've also been keeping track of my cardio and my strength training. When I first started, five minutes on the elliptical killed me. Now I can go 45 minutes straight and not feel dead afterward!
I've also noticed the weights on my machines has been increasing over the last few weeks.
It's the little things like this that are helping to keep me motivated.
Today I even said "Man, my abs hurt!" -- and that was a sentence I never thought I would utter in my entire life.

Congrats!! Don't you love the burn you get afterwards knowing that it's because you worked hard? Keep up the good work0

It was a great feeling!
The only "burn" I haven't loved was the one I got from doing squats the first time!0
