Lemonade Pie - Yummy
I was craving a lemonade pie (if you ever had Jim & Nicks lemonade pie, you'll know why). Found this recipe and OH MY, it was pretty darn good!
1) Mix with handbeater til creamy:
8 ounce of Fat Free Cream Cheeze
1 teaspoon of Crystal light lemonade powder
2) slowly add in 1/4 Cup of Skim Milk
3) Fold in 8oz thawed Fat Free Cool Whip
4) Pour into store bought crust of your choice (I used Reduced Fat Graham Cracker crust)
5) Refridge for a 3-4 hours.
Enjoy!

Omg yummmmm! I'm pregnant and not due until August. I'll probably be making this every other day this summer! Sounds like the perfect refreshing treat for a hot day. Or a cold one... off to the store to buy ingredients!0

I"ve made with Sugar Free Lemon pudding mix, also, and it's tasty. I used wanton wraps to make a crust. Two wraps baked in a muffin cup is 40 calories. Fill after baking and add a touch of extra Cool whip.0
