    You ever see crabs in a bucket?

    If one struggles close to climbing out, 3 others will grab hold, and the potential success is stifled by the very ones who could have cheered his achievement.

    People are just like that.
    I ONLY surround myself with positive people with success in their own life unless he's young and still climbing. It's about attitude, and I can already tell which kids will rise to the top, who will settle for the lower mushy middle and who will be a life long failure.

    Success in life is a choice.

    I love this quote and I love this movie! (Although the scene in the bathroom gets me everytime!) Such a great story about someone who never gave up and came out ahead!!!

    Exactly. For every person rooting your success, there's always someone secretly hoping you will fail. Only listen to the ones that are in your corner and want you to succeed. Naysayers often are just ashamed they lack the willpower to do it themselves.
