THe more I workout the more I can eat?

SO if I work out for an hour and a half a day and earn 700 calories....I can eat 700 calories more and still lose weight???

Yep....just make sure what you are eating is healthy.....does not mean you can eat 700 cals of pizza.....I personally don't. I am set by my nutritionist to eat 1500 whether I workout or not.....but I see people here eating their cals....so yes........0

Yeah, the eat healthy part is important. If you check your settings, you can add things like carbs, fiber, sugars etc.
If you eat something within the calorie limit given from exercise, but it is high in fat and goes over your fat or carb intake, that's not going to help.
You'll also notice when you excerise, you can eat more "calories", but the "fat" you can eat is only changed by one or two (if that) after hours of exercise.0
