what gives? I'm starving in the morning now???

I've only 10 lbs left to lose, i've upped my exercise to facilitate the weight loss. I wake up now STARVING, I never used to eat until about 10 am or so. Sometimes I could eat easily 400-500 calories for breakfast????!!! :noway:

I think it is good to eat a lot of cals for breakfast. We dont even realize we are supposed to be hungry in the morning!
Break Fast...........we have fasted for 10-12 hours and out body wants fuel!! If I am not hungry in the morning, I cut out my late night snack.
Get lots of protein!!

Since I started running 4x per week along with my regular diet and excersise 6 am in the morning my stomach is growling, I have to get up and eat a banana or something. Then I wait a bit and eat my big breakfast, I just don't do well eating a big meal at 6 am.0

Make a protein shake and add a small banana and some fruit. Put some ice in it and make it pleasurable. High protein in the am and when you think your starving and running low is good for you as it says with you LONGER. Congrats on the last 10 pounds. Yes, it is the hardest they say to lose but holy cow. . the LAST 10 pounds!!0

Since I'm watching my carbs I've noticed that if I have more carbs in the evening, I wake up hungry. If I stay with meat & veggies for dinner my stomach doesn't wake me up growling.

Oh boy I know the feeing, I wake up super hungry, and the other young lady is right, After about 8 hours of sleep. Our body need refueling:laugh:0
